Tamar from the Koreafornian Cooking channel on YouTube interviews Hector about his addition of homemade Korean spicy pickled cabbage (kimchi) and his version of Korean barbecued ribs (kalbi) to his 2009 menu at the St. Helena Farmer’s Market in the heart of Napa Valley.
Hector notes that the nearby Culinary Institute of America at Greystone has taken notice of his innovation and introduced pupusas to its menu.
